Barbara Manfrey Vogelstein, Chairman
Ms. Vogelstein has nearly 25 years’ experience in the private equity industry, having been an Associate and then Partner of Warburg Pincus from 1976 to 1992 and a Partner of Apax Partners & Co. Ventures in London from 1992 to 2000. In addition to founding ShareGift USA, Ms. Vogelstein is currently involved in a number of non-profit organizations, including serving on the Boards of Directors/Trustees of Vassar College, the Brooklyn Museum, the School of American Ballet and Third Way. Ms. Vogelstein is a graduate of Vassar College and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Barbara Brizzi Wynne, President
Ms. Wynne is a lawyer who devotes her time to various non-profit organizations. She has been a member of the boards of The Columbia Journal of Law & Social Problems and The New York Women's Foundation, where she served as Board Chair. After graduating from Columbia Law School, Ms. Wynne began her legal career in the corporate department of White & Case. Ms. Wynne also served as an in-house counsel at Morgan Stanley & Co., involved in compliance and regulatory affairs matters, commercial paper, restricted stock transactions and the firm's public offerings.

Andrew R. Brownstein
Mr. Brownstein has been a prominent member of the Corporate Department at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz since becoming a partner in 1985. He has been engaged in many high-profile matters that include cross-border transactions, leveraged buyouts, complex restructuring deals, proxy fights and takeover defense work. Mr. Brownstein is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and obtained an MBA at the Wharton School of Finance. He earned a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School, where he was an Articles Editor of the Harvard Law Review. Prior to joining Wachtell Lipton in 1980, Mr. Brownstein was law clerk to the Honorable Leonard I. Garth, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.   . He is past president of the Board of Trustees of the Trinity School in New York City, a member of the Board of Overseers of the Annenberg Center for Performing Arts in Philadelphia and a member of the Board of Directors of the New York City Public Art Fund.

Elizabeth Dater
Ms. Dater is Managing Director of Angelo Gordon. Previously, she served as Chief Investment Officer of Small Cap Growth and Emerging Growth US Equities at ForstmannLeff Associates; as Co-Head of US Equities at Credit Suisse Asset Management and as the Director of Research and a Senior Portfolio Manager at Warburg Pincus Asset Management (WPAM). Prior to joining WPAM, she was a Vice President and US Equity Analyst at Fiduciary Trust Company. She serves as a Trustee for The New York Historical Society, Prep For Prep, Women In Need, NYU Medical Center and is on the Investment Committee of the New York Community Trust.

Jane Hartley
Ms. Hartley is Chief Executive Officer of the Observatory Group, a firm dedicated to providing information and advice on monetary and fiscal policy, as well as legislative, political and regulatory issues. Prior thereto, she was Chief Operating Officer of the Group from its inception. She served in government as Associate Director in the Carter White House and was also Director of Congressional Relations at the Department of Housing and Development (HUD). Ms Hartley also held high-level positions in the telecommunications industry, including Group W Cable, Westinghouse Broadcasting, and MCA..

Roy J. Katzowicz
Mr. Katzowicz is the Chief Legal Officer of the investment firm Pershing Square Management, L.P. Prior to joining Pershing Square, he was a corporate attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz for seven years, focusing on merger and acquisition transactions. Previously, he served as a judicial clerk in the Delaware Court of Chancery . Mr. Katzovicz received his JD and BA from the University of Pennsylvania and serves on the Board of Advisors of the University of Pennsylvania's Institute for Law & Economics.

Catherine R. Kinney
Ms. Kinney, who recently retired as Group Executive Vice-President of NYSE Euronext, was responsible for the firm’s global listing program, marketing and branding. Prior thereto, she was President and Co-Chief Operating Officer of the New York Stock Exchange, having joined the exchange in 1974 and risen through the ranks. During this time she held management positions in client relationships, trading floor operations, technology and regulation. She currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, MSCI Incorporated, and NetSuite Inc., and was formerly on the Board of The Depository Trust Company. Ms. Kinney is a member of the Board of Regents of Georgetown University, a Director of the New York City Ballet and a member of the Board of Directors of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York.

Henry Schacht
Henry Schacht has been a Senior Advisor to Warburg Pincus since 2004. Prior thereto, he was the Founding Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lucent Technologies from 1996 to 1998, Chairman/Consultant for 1999 and returning Chairman from 2000 to 2004. Prior to his tenure at Lucent he was Chairman and CEO of Cummins Engine Company. Mr. Schact is a director of ALCOA, and former directorships include: Alcatel-Lucent, Lucent, AT&T, Avaya, CBS, Chase Manhattan, the New York Times Company and Johnson & Johnson. He is a Trustee of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Ford Foundation and a former Trustee of Yale University. Mr. Schacht graduated from Yale University and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Margaret Yates Thorne
Ms. Thorne has worked for the last ten years with a wide range of New York City non-profit organizations, primarily in education and educational opportunity, providing support in start-up management, fundraising, and finance. She has managed several successful capital campaigns. Prior to her work with non-profits, Ms. Thorne was a vice president at Citibank, NA, where she worked for fifteen years in corporate lending and management consulting. Today, she is a Board member of The Bronx Preparatory Charter School and Chairs the Board of Peer Health Exchange. Ms. Thorne is a graduate of Yale University.

John L. Vogelstein
Mr. Vogelstein, formerly President and now Senior Advisor to Warburg Pincus, has been in the investment business for 50 years. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus in 1967, he was a partner of Lazard Frères & Co. He currently serves as Chairman of New Providence Asset Management, an investment management firm. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Prep for Prep, Chairman of the New York City Ballet, Vice Chairman of the Board of Overseers of the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, and a Trustee of New York University, Temple Emanu-El and Third Way.

Claire Mackintosh, Viscountess Mackintosh of Halifax - Global Patron
Lady Mackintosh has had 16 years’ experience in the City of London before establishing ShareGift in the UK. She specialized in UK Equities as an investment manager of pension funds, and then set up an East European private equity fund and worked in the Korean stock market for institutional fund management clients before founding the highly successful share donation charity, ShareGift, in 1996 and becoming its Chief Executive.
